Program Description
By subscribing to the Spinning Sugar LLC ("Spinning Sugar," "we," "us," or "our") SMS text messaging program, you agree to receive operational alert notifications, including but not limited to machine status updates, restock notifications, service availability updates, and location-related alerts.
Opt-In Method
To subscribe, text the keyword SUGAR to (669) 257-8427. By texting the keyword, you expressly consent to receive operational alert text messages from Spinning Sugar at the mobile number you provided.
Message Frequency
By opting in, you acknowledge that you will receive approximately 5–10 operational alert messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on operational activity and service events.
Opt-Out
You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting STOP to any message received from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. You will not receive further messages unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier and Message Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us. Spinning Sugar is not responsible for any messaging charges incurred from your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, handset, and network conditions.
Consent to Receive Communications
By opting in, you provide your express consent to receive operational alert text messages from Spinning Sugar at the mobile number you provided. This consent remains valid until you opt out by texting STOP.
No Marketing Messages
This program is intended solely for operational alert notifications. We will not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. If we launch a separate marketing program, it will require separate opt-in consent.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number you use to opt in is your own and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
Limitation of Liability
Spinning Sugar is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your participation in the SMS program.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via text message where required by law. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This SMS program complies with the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) messaging guidelines and Twilio's 10DLC campaign requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
